Policy
All sales are final. All products are made to order and materials are purchased to order as well. Once payment made, no refunds will be accepted. Toys cannot be refunded once client as received the item for sanitary reasons. If you find that your product is faulty, a refund may be possible if it is determined that product is defective. Item might also be asked to be shipped back for proof. Toys dammaged by excessive use or not following the care instructions will not be refundable or replaceable. Toys that have been modified are also not covered.
